everything was great, including informative staff and incredible location in the upmarket neighborhoods of cdmx. got wheelchair accessible room with a bathroom, a wardrobe etc as expected. i appreciated staying at hotel and would book again.

It was important to get wheelchair accessible room with the TV, nice design features and bathroom and that went well. Everywhere there was clean. The hotel had a very central location on Roma Norte neighborhood.

I loved the trendy, urban decor that gave the hotel a unique vibe. The location is great-ideal for exploring nearby parks, cafes, and restaurants. Plus, the room had a full-sized bed and even Netflix for cozy evenings!

A Trendy Stay in a Fantastic Neighborhood!
I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and chic decor during my three-night stay. The nearby upscale restaurants and cafes made dining an adventure. Don't miss out on the beautiful rooftop patio for a leisurely evening. It's much cheaper than a taxi!

The location is very nice, right on Calle Colima with many great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. I loved the trendy vibe of the hotel, especially the rooftop patio, where I enjoyed relaxing evenings. The staff welcomed me warmly and were quick to respond to my requests. I appreciated the vegan options at breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetables daily. The room I stayed in had poor lighting, and I noticed it wasn't as clean as I expected. There was dust on the shelves and some wear in the bathroom. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom, uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, with a lovely terrace just around the corner on Colima for morning strolls. It's close to numerous bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the flexible check-in hours were a great convenience for our late arrival.
We had to request towels upon arrival, as there weren't any provided initially.
